Load Day 2

Hi everyone, Well this is my second attempt at RX HCG. I began my first attempt on Jan. 27th. I completed a week and a half of the low calorie diet, but I cheated 6days into the diet and after that I got really hungry and ruined whatever it was that kept my hunger away before the cheat...
I am restarting now. More ready than ever. I know what to expect this time, and I refuse to let my food "addiction" beat me this time. I was feeling really good physically when on was on the diet and I'm really missing that feeling. I will not cheat this time and plan on going until the end of march.
So, my first Load day I gained 1.8lbs, which is what I gained from both load days last time. I feel like I'm taking them much more serious this time. I don't think the load days would be a part of the diet if they weren't important and I think I overlooked them last time. If you know nothing about the diet; the first two days while on hcg you have to load to capicity on fatty foods. This is to ensure your normal fat reserves are full. Because hcg only attacks the abnormal or bad fat. You want to ensure the good or normal fat reserves are full.
Well I really like blogging so I will do my best to keep my blog updated everyday.
