Finally think I hit my stride!  I have finally made it to the YMCA to go swimming.  I had to drag Randy in there.  The last time Randy and I were in a pool we had floats and a beer in our hand, so this was a little outside our comfort zone.  First I have to tell you, I tried to take a shower before jumping in, and I was semi-successful.  I turned on the water and waited for some heat...tried something different with the heat...finally I just jumped in because I knew that pool would be cold.  Can you imagine this twenty-five year old woman jumping in and out of the shower, trying to stay under icy water and heaving everytime she jumped out?  Hilarious.  Needless to say  jumping into the pool was no problem.  We made it six laps.  Randy didn't sleep well that night.  In fact he thought he was having a heart attack; feeling sore from waist up and sore from knees down.  He said he rubbed Icy-Hot all over his body and finally fell to sleep.  I knew I smelled something minty.

I've also been going to Hot Yoga.  These ladies are intense.  I may have talked about this already, but things have gotten funnier.  Okay, if you have never done Yoga then know this...if you are putting your legs above and over your head, you will pass gas at some point.  Add that to a 90+ degree room, things get a little murky.  I'm so glad there were only ladies there Saturday, cause I totally did it.  I'm also glad that I was in a mature class ( as in 50+) because any of my friends would have peed their pants laughing at me.  But you know what?  I did a freaking hand-stand on my elbows.  BoopBOOP!
