I feel heavy and bloated.
So many elemens that it could be due to, so I'm just keeping my head high and hoping that today I will be as srong as I was yesterday, and STRONGER!
My no-fries/nachos/chips/onion rings - week was successful last week, and i'm happy for that.
THIS WEEKS' GOAL: incorporate 6+ glasses of water into my diet, and cut down on the coffee. So far:
Monday: 11.5 cups
Tuesday 9.5 cups
Wednesday: 3 already conquered, and it's 10am :)
I've also had a parallel goal for this week, and that's to surpass 1000 points on this website. I'm almost there!!!! a couple more workouts, and posting my meals, and I will be there!! YAY ME!!
