Wow - it is amazing how time flies by and before you know it (OK before I knew it) a year had gone by from when I first posted onto this site. I am at the same weight and same shape (condition)... so now what?
I try again - but this time I think my mental attirude is the right one. Not vanity but a desire to be healthy & strong at 60 years old. That is only 15 months from now. so I am going to try a steady workout program of weights alternating with aerobics every other day.
