So, last night I got my actual sister to come out with me. It sure was nice. She really needs to workout even more than I do. (Not trying to be mean here but she's somewhere near 400 lbs and a smoker.) So I felt that, not only was I helping myself but, I was also helping her. She may start coming out with me more!

So, I have to tell you guys, I feel GREAT! This is the first time in-so-long-I-can't-remember where my hip has not hurt!!! All day yesterday with no pain in my hip!!! The bursitis seems to have disappeared!! And none of my joints hurt as much any more. I even had the energy last night to do a few quick bursts of jogging. And I walked backwards a bit! And I was swinging my arms alot too. So I can forgive my body for slowing down the fat melting furnace. Lol!

I'm looking up many healthy alternatives in the fast food restaurants to keep my diet within my guidelines. I must admit, I am getting much better at it. In fact, I went too low yesterday on everything except fat. And here I was thinking I was binging cause I had a burger and frosty and chili! Lol! Much smaller portions though.

So I may have found a solution to the parking problem. My sister knows someone who works at one of the hotels down at the beach and I can start parking there. It's pretty close to my original starting places. And I have learned that every 8 streets is roughly .5 miles.

I'm starting to get the hang of this and feel it's starting to become a lifestyle change. I've included a picture of where I get to walk every night. Try not to be jealous. Lol! Hope I can keep this going at this pace!!
