Day Two - Focusing

So I am beginning to get on track.
I am thinking about everything I put in my mouth. That is the key. While gum is an annoying habit I find a piece of sugar free gum after a meal keeps me from looking for more food to eat.
I am not hungry, my body just wants something sweet.
So besides watching my carb intake, and my sugar intake, I now really need to watch my sodium intake.
