Hard Bootcamp Workouts that give results

!!!STRIVING TO DO YOUR BEST!!!
Are you ready for a challenge? Well here are some hardcore workouts, & I will tell you they have kicked my butt!!! I'm sore, but it means I'm getting something out of the workout. So below are a couple of butt-busting exercises...
1.)21 Down: You start with 21 pushups, Then 21 situps,
Next, 20 pushups, & 20 situps
Continue taking it down a rep until you get to 1 rep each.
2.)H.I.I.T: This stands for High Intensity Interval Training.
You do something at a set lower intensity
for a set amount of time,
Then you you do something at a higher intensity
for a short duration of time,
Repeat at least 4 times
This is often done with jogging & running.
3.)Running Pyramids: Example;
Run 5 laps
Walk 1
Run 4 laps
Walk 1
Run 3 laps
Walk 1
Run 2 laps
Walk 1
Run 1 lap
Cool Down
