This was a great day at the gym. I started a cutting cycle this week. I have never really done a cutting cycle before and never really worried about fat burn. I just got to the point where I hated the way my stomach looked. I tried to watch what I ate and I did my lifting and cardio but I never really focused on burning fat. This week I started a cycle of Lipo 6 Black Ultra Concentrate and decided it was time to flatten my stomach. I have continued to do my strength training and get my protein and creatine in but with the Lipo 6 Black I notice I was sweating much more during my workouts. I have always done my cardio after lifting and did some interval training but I started a new cardio routine this week and it is already producing results. My upper abs are already starting to show and I can tell that I have lost some fat around my lower abs.

My routine consist of 30 minutes on the treadmill with a 30 seconds on 30 seconds off interval. I warm up with a jog at about 6.0 on the treadmill for 3 minutes. After the warm up a do 30 second sprints at a 10.0 for 15 minutes. I then walk for two minutes and jog for 1 minute. I finish out the go back to the 30 second sprints for the remaining 9 minutes. Next I move to the upright bike for 15 minutes.

This cardio routine has proven to work for me for burning fat. If you want to burn fat you need to do high intensity interval training. With a combination of diet and the right exercise you can get rid of that stubborn belly fat. I will continue to post progress as I go.
