Sue and I start our official journey to a better way of eating, exercising and overall staying healthty. Even though we didn't official start until today, I was pretty much trying to be good over the 4th of July weekend. When I went to the diet Clinic on Saturday, July 2nd I weighed in at my house (naked) at 254.0 lbs. On there scale with clothes I weighed in at 255.2 lbs. I am happy to say that this morning my scale read 246.2. Oh yeah, just the boost I was hoping for! Today, my goal is to go to gym and lunch and do 30 minutes of cardio. Then this afternoon, do half of the hike (walk) I did yesterday which is 6.6 miles total and half would be 3.3. Eating plan for today is vegetables, prepared chicken salad (230 calories) and Greek Yogurt 100 and grilled chicken and salad for dinner.
