Tired.....Again

Okay, I am really dragging today. I have just a few minutes left at work. I didn't finish all my yougurt from lunch because I just wasn't feeling it. The vegetables I brought weren't that good (think they were going bad) so I threw them away. I am pretty damn hungry right now. Watch out Subway cause here I come. I haven't got much sleep last few nights. So that is also leading to how tired I am. I don't think I have gone to bed before 1am since Sunday. So I am eating and going straight to bed (I know not good). But I did manage to get my 30 minute workout in during lunch. I hope getting at least 8 hours sleep tonight will refresh me for tomorrow!
