Ok, so today I have done fairly well. I had good food and I have been working out really well, but yesterday I was doing squats and it really tightened my thigh muscles on the inside of my legs. It hurts mainly above my knees. I will be alright. I am just going to do more streching exercises till they loosen up. I have it in my head that I can do this. I dont think that Kenny will be able to handle me when I get skinny. I wish I could just spend a few months away from him and get skinny cause I want him to be astonished when he sees me but if he sees the process then it want be a suprise. Maybe its ok that way cause then when we get married then it will take his breath away and astonish him when I look as good as I plan on looking. Everyday that I keep up the good work the more that I am convincing myself that I can keep this up and I will be skinny
