Hello, well I have not ever been good with diet food. So my thing is now just first to try to control my portions. And cut down on the tasty treats. WOW I eat a LOT of food. How is the portion size so small and how am I eating like 4 at a time. Maybe more sometimes. Pasta forget about that at least 4-5 cups with sauce and some kind of meat, maybe a couple different kinds of meat, cheese, garlic bread, and last but not least a very small salad ( probably under portioned LOL). Oh well it is what it is and that is why I'm trying to change that. I have my little food scale, measuring cups, and measuring spoons on the counter. I'M STARVING LOL. I know when my stomach gets adjusted to eating the right sized portions I wont be so hungry. Oh yeah I got a membership to the local YMCA. Going to get started there on
