Okay so I've never been the best at tracking food or anything. I can barely keep a regular journal. I've tried several times to keep a food diary over the past few years. Counting calories has always left me at 400-700 calories per day. It just made me paranoid. I also have to start exercising again. I'm usually pretty active, walking a few miles everyday. I've started jogging too. That's one thing I've always had trouble with. So if I can get on that treadmill and jog for 30 minutes, I feel pretty good about it. I just don't feel good about the flab I feel bouncing on my back. Ugh. Gross.
