Game plan

After a week or so of continuing the whole gym run thing, I decided to take a new approach and will be doing P90X lean routine. Today was my second day and I'm feeling it but I also feel great. I'm definitely being more careful about what I eat and logging every bit of it into the diet tracer here. I just hope I can keep up with the insane weekend schedules, which usually consist of working from 5 or 8pm to 4am both Friday and Saturday night. I usually get up by 5 and go to bed about 10 or earlier every night so closing is a rough transition for me.
I'm excited about being dedicated to P90X this time around. I tried doing it over the summer but between post study abroad depression and getting engaged and starting wedding planning, I was a failure at exercising, especially with my sporadic back and forth work schedule which allowed some normal sleep night and others not so normal so that my body just didn't know what the heck to do!
Time to get tone and fit! The next time I buy clothes I plan to be buying the same size or smaller, not going up a size!
