at it again

I hate dieting and while I enjoy exercising I just have little to no motivation to do so, yet I'm back at it again. I get within 5-6lbs of my goal and go on a binge like I'm never going to eat again and gain another 6 or more. At least that's what happened this last time. I was 6lbs away from my goal, went on a 2 week binge and gained 7 more. So I decided to try the Special K diet. Alright I love Special K cereal, the shakes and bars are good, but I felt like I was starving. Managed to squeak through a week of it then I started noticing negative changes in myself. My moods were all over the place, my face was breaking out, and worst of all my hair was falling out by the handfuls. So I nixed that. Now I'm back on regular meals, just trying to watch portion sizes, not drinking any pop at all any more and so far I've been able to resist my chocolate addiction, so if Special K did nothing else for me it helped me to get over my caffeine and chocolate cravings. Still want them but don't have to have them any more. So in order to combat any excessive calories I may take in I've started zumba for kinect. the first 20min workout had me sweating like crazy but feeling good after :) Now hopefully I'll find the strength to stick it out.
