Ideally, I want to lose 100 to 130 pounds and the reasons below will help me achieve that.
My Reasons
- decrease stress on my heart
- decrease stress on my joints
- decrease stress on my lungs
- avoid getting high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc.
- shop in any store that I want
- wear what I want
- look better
- feel better
- be proud of my accomplishments
- sleep better
- fit into my black dress
- fit into my red and white winter jacket
- fit into the summer wardrobe I bought to go to Cuba
- fit into my NYC hoodie
- buy a leather jacket
- buy a suede pant, skirt and jacket ensemble
- fit comfortably in airplanes, public transportation, rides
It is so motivating to list all my reasons and it makes my journey so much more rewarding.
