Re- Tired

So I am re- Tired, meaning I am tired again. Today was a long one and I kept to my plan - ate no wheat, and took a 15 minute walk.
I am not going to be thin as a rail any time soon, but hopefully I will be able to make good choices in the near future.
I think I will allow myself to crawl into bed and read myself to sleep. That is a good choice because it keeps me from eating, and encourages extra sleep, and I need that.
So good night, to sleep, perchance to dream....
