Gonna start fresh with the whole calorie counting mess on Monday, will go through the week and will NOT recording anything on the weekends. Between kids & hubby, computer time won't happen.
Will continue to do my runs, also during the week. MIGHT do one run during the weekend, but weekends will be mainly for family related stuff.
So far, this past week doing the calorie counting wasn't horrible...just more of a pain remembering to record it. Once or twice I felt hungrier than I should'a been and ended up going over. Was a little discouraging, but have no one else to blame but ME. It's mostly a mind game really. When I'm NOT counting calories there are days where I'm not hungry at all. I'll start off my day with breakfast and end up skipping lunch and feel totally fine, or I will eat breakfast & lunch, do an even running and end up skipping dinner because I'm just not hungry. But once I start counting it's like my mind shifts into "i'm starving" mode. *rolls eyes* I don't understand that, but that's how it is for me. I guess it's the whole, "you can't do or have that" and therefore you want it that much more. *shrugs*
