The Beginning

Its Janurary 2nd and its 7:00 p.m. I found this website while trying to check my calories for a certain meal I had today. I am so very lucky to come across it, I love it! I have my meal plan for tomorrow, and my workout plan. Its absoutley amazing, and very helpful.
I'm a 17 year old girl who is currently around 130 pounds, I'm in average weight. I've always been average. Since a very young age, I've felt as if I wasn't good enough. I always felt not skinny enough. I always wanted to lose weight, I tried so many things that eventually ended with disaster. But now its a new year, and I'm definitely going to change everything. My plan is to lose 15 pounds by Prom (March 24), which would leave me at 115 pounds. That goal weight is a comfortable weight to me, and I think I'd feel very confident with it (:
