DAY 4

Well, last night didn't go as planned. I cooked meatloaf and mashed potatoes; which was all homemade. I ate 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream and I didn't workout.
This morning I am back on track and off to another great start. I ran 4 miles this am and intend on getting another hour of Cardio in. This is challeging but I must do it. My husband and I have bet going on to seee if I can drop 20 pounds by 4/15/12. Wish me luck!
