So, I've finally decided to change my eating habits and lack of exercise.
After seeing some recent photographs of me, I finally decided, enough is enough.
I wanna weigh 135 lbs.
I currently weigh 192 lbs.
And even though I don't look overweight to some, I am overweight.
I weigh more than my mom. And she's 43 years of age.
57lbs in 4 months is the prime goal.
In that time, I want to get into the routine of naturally going for something that is attainable and balanced.
I want my diet and my exercise plan to reflect my ways as an individual.
There is no way in hell I'm going to ignore it now.
