Evenings are the worse

Had another good day today. Focused eating wise. No exercise tho, Did Mon-Wed and will do the weekend. Body needed a break. Was to do some weights last night, but had a restful sleep instead. Scales still 2-3lb loss showing, is very encouraging. Hopefully in the next 4-5 weeks, at this rate, will be a stone lighter. Just the boost I need to work on the other 2 stone for my 3 stone target for the summer. It can be done.
Evenings are terrible for me. Once the little ones are down, I get the urge to munch. Feeling it tonight and doing all I can not to give in, hence the late blogg. Should do some exercise, but just been cleaning up after my daughter;s sick and have no hot water due to Gas issues, so no way of showering.
Think it best to call it a night, and pray for a better day tomorrow. Hopefulloy with hot water first thing so I can do some zumba, sweat out and then have a relaxing bath.
