All the right reasons

Joined a gym yesterday. I know I need to supplement my cardio with other activities, but am having a hard time paying for something that I know I could creatively do on my own. But down deep this is the easy way (and financial) motivator of getting out and actually doing some resistance training. Hopefully I can now establish a rhythmn and routine.
A co-worker really helped in the exercise motivation this last week. She has lost 28 pounds since the start of the year. She said she just stuck to a swimming routine every morning. She said it was difficult at first getting up and getting to the pool, but now her body just craves it. She felt that it was a physical addiction for her now. Very proud of her accomplishments and she is happy at her goal weight. I hope I get the physical craving for this gym.
