So after some much needed motivation and research I have decided to run my very first 5K this summer on the 14th of July. With the support of my friends and family I hope that I can make it through the next 7 and a half weeks or so without getting injured. I had already already started up running as I have never been very athletic and I have realized that I have a lot of work in front of me and I am going to need all the help that I can get. Luckly for my with the help of the internet and a keyboard I have been able to find a smart trianing routine for beginners that was put out by fitness magazine.

One other thing that I am thinking of beginning is the program P90X. I had tried Insanity in the past but had no luck staying motivated and this time I think with some outside pressure I can do it and have my two-a-day trainings. I might be tired in the beginning but I think about they type of body I have always dreamed of and the reaction that I have recieved from my peers about my weight loss that I want to take it to the next level and really get my body toned up and get into a routine before it gets to hard for me.

I'm gonna keep, hopefully a daily log of my journey and report on my success. Hopefully through this I will be able to finally make that last hurdle that everyone says is the hardest thing to do.
