The challenge for me is eating well-balanced meals in the correct amounts. I love good food! I've come to the conclusion that what causes many people to overeat has nothing to do with being hungry. I think it's the desire to continue the taste experience. You know - the 'Oh my goodness, this is sooo good' experience. So you continue eating beyond the "Fill" line. If we want to keep the glucose monster from rising then we've got to know when to hold up.
