After a rocky start and not losing any weight the first 3 weeks, I have finally gotten on the right track. I have managed to lose 8 lbs in two weeks. Of course the migraines and allergies have helped a lot with the appetite controll. I am getting used to not eating when bored, and if I do really need to eat, it is something healthier than junk food. I have been eating a lot of apples with peanut butter, that seems to really help with the sweet cravings. Have not had any chocolate in two weeks and I have no desire to. :)
