Mid Week Update

Well still havent motivated enough to excercise...Had a medical challange to overcome this week, and made it thru without totally blowing the diet. Did cheat a bit, but still managed to stay within my low-fat boundries. It took all the willpower in me to overcome the urge to "stress eat". That is my biggest downfall. Today was a good day, and optimistic that the rest of the week will be too. I have to remember that I didn't gain all this weight overnight so therefore it wont come off overnight. Time-patience and dilligence are the key.
