So about a week has gone by... I went to the gym on Tue and Thur last week. And went yesterday (Monday). Did some cardio after eating way too much for dinner. I felt good after a quick workout even if it was only 30 mins... Better than nothing, right?! I want to go again tonight, so hopefully I dont get lazy or tired from now until then. I think the Hyper FX supplement helps- I notice I dont hate the treadmill as much haha!
