My HCG diet after gastric bypass

Did the two load days...was gross! Hard to eat so much having had the gastric bypass. I feel those days will be harder than the start of phase 2.

First day of Ph1. Prepared all my veggies and measured out my proteins for the week. Planned out my meal for the day and I am slightly over, but it will be fine. I am not following the original protocal, but am adhering to the basic principles.

Since I can't eat so much food still, I figured I would add in the MRC diet protien drinks, which fit well within my program and will boost my protein way up there!

Doing the drops for three days now. The do make you feel full, but do not taste so well....but oh well. Adding my sublingual B12 and my multivitamin as well.

It has been 10 years since the bypass and my weight has crept up. I can attribute that to gym slacking. I was very faithful, and things in life got in the way. I foolishly put those things before my own health. So, here I am again, knowing I have to do this for myself and my health.

I am hoping to drop 80 pounds or so and have really researched this diet.. I feel it will do the trick for me and get me back on track. The bypass is still working...but somehow I forgot that it was only a tool and would not do all the work for me!!

I will keep a regular update and let everyone know how my progress is coming along!! My goal time frame is by the end of this year and I feel VERY confident that I can do it!! Wish me strenght and focus!!
