Just wanted to do a kick update on my progress on day two. I have lost another 3 lbs!! I feel good, energy high and not too awful hungry.
I am looking forward to some good numbers on this plan. I am not following the orginal protocol. I am combining the MRC diet with the protocol. I am also adding the protein drink twice daily. I really saw very good results with the protein supplements. I buy those on line at diet.com. They are way less expensive and really keep the hunger pains down.
I have to say that I love this site!! It has allowed me to plan for my success, by mapping out my daily meals (which I do several days in advance), counts my calories, my protein intake, and track my carbs.
I really feel like planning and preping your food for several days in advance, adds to the delight of this program. I dont have to guess or be tempted...just pull out of fridge or freezer and cook as needed. I am so greatful there is a place to do this without having to physcially write it all down and add it all up!
I had really researched this plan and am so glad I decided to give it a try. I know for certain that I will reach my goal!!
