So last week was a bit of a failure... It started off so well too! I went to the gym Monday and Tuesday and did about 30 mins each night on the treadmill. I took Wednesday off because I wasnt feeling very well. Turns out I was fighting off some kind of head cold. I felt sick the rest of the week with a horrible headache which I couldnt tell if it was a migrane or a congestion headache... Either way I'm feeling better today and am about to head out the door to the gym and get this week starting on the right foot!
My goals for this week are to work out tonight, Thursday, and either Saturday or Sunday. I know it isnt much but I'm working it in slowly so I dont overwhelm myself and so I am more likely to hit my goals. I might do a workout Wednesday too since we are going to the fair Tuesday night. I'll need to burn off some extra calories!
