So last week was much better as far as consistency! I went to the gym Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday! I had Tuesday off since we went to the fair and Friday off. Each night at the gym I did at least 30 mins of cardio. Oh and on Sunday we went kayaking on the river which was a major upper body workout!
Today marks day one of the week. My plans this week are to go every night for at least 30 mins... Sticking with mostly cardio for now and will add in strength training soon hopefully. Looking forward to it!!
On a side note, the scale says I am gaining weight...Hopefully its just muscle. But I havent been great with my diet either. I'm not going to let it discourage me, I've just got to keep going!
