On 27 Jun....I failed my AF PT test because of my waist...the FAC showed me at 40.5in but I had it reaccomplished that same day and that person showed me at 42.5in.  I am only 5'5.5" tall and I weighed in at 224lbs.  This info put in the frame of mind that I had to do better for myself, my family and my AF career.  Myself to make me feel better, my family to be around for them, my career because I only have a little over 2 years before I retire.  I began using FITCLICK to track my workouts and food.  I found that I actually had been eating correctly but the tracker helps me stay on track each day.  The workouts that are available were a real help.  Most of my time is spent running, since that is the main thing on the AF PT test, but I still add in strength exercises or maybe I sould say cardio strength exercises.  I am having fun and actually feel down if I don't workout on a regular bases.  As of today, I am down to 207lbs and my last measurement (from the same guy that found me at 42.5in) was 40in.  My goal for my weight is 180lbs and to get my waistline back down under 39in (preferrably 36).  So say a little prayer for me when you think about it.  I'll keep on keepin on!
