My goal this summer was to lose more than 10 kilos.
Am at 6.9 kilos now, and i'm happy about it :).
I was hit by a car in June (while i was being sporty on my bike) and i thought: oh well there go my weight loss plans.
But with all the physio and the diet plan i got from my doc, i actually started to lose weight. my doc gave me a diet plan, because he didn't want me to gain weight. I kind of love my doc now, he was a great help :).
so lets hope that mid - september, i will have lost 10 kilos (or more ;) )
