Today's the day! very excited. I worked all last week to make a week's worth of meal plans starting today. (I went away over the weekend and lets face it at the beginning of all these changes I knew I wouldn't be able to stick with it, especially when none of the food options were healthy). I'm excited to start and see where the changes in my diet takes me. I haven't really eaten healthy in a long time. I only started eating three meals a day when I got pregnant. Before that I was pretty much just snacking through the day. I tried to keep eating well after the baby was born but things were so crazy that that just didn't happen. Now I have to transition back into eating meals and eating healthy meals. I know that I'll have to start exercising too, but for now I really want to focus on changing my eating habits. Since I'm pretty much starting at square one I want to make one change at a time. I think that if I try to change everything at one time I'll be more likely to fail.
