So here we are at the beginning of yet another year. Thie year, for me however, will be different. This year I will legally committ to sharing my life with someone else. I will be married to my best friend on October 8th in SC. I cant wait. I can actually wait though, to see our wedding pictures. That is a big part of my journey this year. I've lost weight before, and I've maintained it now for a few years. Now its time to get serious about these "last stubborn pounds" I have a huge obsession with my arms.. Im 26, but Ive had the bingo! arm going for as long as i can remember. I even have large stretch marks on the back of my left arm it has so much bingo. haha but its time to get serious. my maid of honor and i have joined LA fitness and we do classes/freestyle at least 3 days a week. The food is always the hardest part, but not really. I like food, I like to eat. I just need to like to eat the better stuff more than the good tasting stuff, but thats everyones deal. We had a really good Zumba workout today, it was pretty fun and I burned a lot of calories without realizing it which is always awesome. Life was good today, its time for some relaxation.
