Hello to all, This is my first time on amy weight loss program. Growing up, I never had to work out. I could eat anything and be a stick. After I had my son, I started gaining the weight. I was 135 lbs before I got pregnant. I got up to 204 lbs. Now I am 183lbs. I now look in the mirror expecting the skinny girl I used to be, and in actuality... I see nothing but blab. I think about all the things that I could do 1. Play with my son. 2. Feel pretier. 3. and have energy. My goal at this point is to lose 45 lbs. About the weight of my son. I plan on sticking to this plan, no matter what... If you have any tips, or questions, I would love to hear them. I am going to put weekly images on here to show my process.
