oops! I wasn't supposed to weigh myself for a week but used the scale at the gym and my weight was 181, so now I am feeling a little down because not losing the weight like I WANT TO but have to keep telling myself that I have built up endurance did my treadmill walk 3 miles at 56.35 so feel good about that. I'm going to have to drag out the tape measure and measure myself so can have proof that if I'm not losing weight as much maybe I'm losing inches..........
