I must say I always tell myself after I indulge in bad foods, I will try again tomorrow.. I have tried so many different diets for myself; No carb, detox, soup, calorie counting, diet pills.. and always fall out of it. I know that I want to lose weight for myself, and my daughter... and to be healthier in general. I see people around me walking, running, losing weight and look up to them for doing so great. Then I ask myself...
"Why is it so hard if I want it so bad?"
Doesn't make sense. I think the answer to this is called laziness.
So here I go again....
I am going south in March and I am in a compeitition with my sister, and mom to see who can lose the most weight before the trip! Whoever loses the most weight, the other two have to buy them a bathing suit for the trip!!
