We live in a society where we HAVE to be thin because that is what beauty is. Let me define what is beauty:
1: A combination of qualities, such as shape, color, or form, that pleases the aesthetic senses, esp. the sight.
2: A combination of qualities that pleases the intellect or moral sense.

I have struggled all my life trying to be a certain size even though my bone structure; it's not possible. Also with certain people (esp. close to me) who constantly put me down about the way I look. I am never going to be a model size zero, two, or three. I have hips, boobs, round face, and a round butt. I have some cushion and right now, I have more than I like. But that is because my body is clinging to it to feed my little one.

However, knowledge brings power and I know this:
There is no gimmick in losing weight. Eating healthy and working out is the key to success. It does not happen overnight. Believe me, I have had success before. I know I can do it again personally. Even though I do have healthy habits majority of time; I don't always excelled in others.

I do not believe majority of these products are the key to weight loss for long term. They only work for short term and once you stop. You will gain it back or more. Some of the products are NOT good for you at all. You really need to read ingredients. So if I decline your invite to one of those lose weight challenges that are incorporated with products, don't get mad. I just know for me, the best is eating healthy and actually moving from the couch. Not depending on products such as wraps, shakes, pills, or starving myself :) to get to a skinny self. It's NOT healthy in the long run.
