So I have really fallen off the wagon and slacked off on my whole lifestyle change. It wasn't until I was shopping for my bridesmaid dress this last weekend that I realized how much I had gained back. My dress from a year ago didn't fit me anymore. I seriously wanted to cry right their in the store. But I'm back in the game for the long run. This time I can't let myself get in the way. I have always said the hardest part is getting to the gym... Well I work at one, don't I? No more excuses I just have to bring my clothes and force myself to stay and workout or just come in early and workout before my shift.
Not only do I want to work on getting in shape, but I need to work on eating better too. Bad Habit #1 SWEETS! Gosh they are my enemy! Currently I am trying to cut back on one bad habit at a time. Not sure if this is true or not but I've heard that if something stays out of your system for at least a month you no longer crave it. Not sure if it's a month, but I know that its worked for me in the past with soda.
Goal for this month:
Drink more water
Get to the gym/ workout at least 3 times a week (hopefully I will be able to build on my time later)
Cut back on sugar intake
