week 3 not off to a good start

I missed Monday's workout due to a migraine which is most likely triggered by the climate change, time of the month, diet coke binge on Sunday...take your pick. It is finally lifting but my diet has been half-assed since Saturday. Really made poor choices over the weekend and then last night for dinner we ended up going to Buca. Pesto cream sauce, chicken parmesan, chees bread... ugh. I feel gross and sluggish. I'm really struggling this week. Katie-if you read this, how do I enter those foods/meals into my food log that aren't on the list.. such as the Buca meal? Do you want me to just write about it here?
