Week 2 (4/10 - 4/16)

Week 2 was much better! Even though I didn't weigh myself or measure myself, I feel a difference in my digestive system and how I am naturally throughout the day. My sleep has become much better and I have given up many bad foods such as:
-
fried foods
-
fast food
-
candy
-
soda
-
vegetable oil
A few more things, but I can't think of them at the moment. I have been slowly picking up on water (it's so bland!) and built up to 6 cups in a day. Next week I will be weighing in (4/23) and measuring my body to see where I need more work done. Wish me luck!
