Healthy For Mexico 2013!

HI My name is Sandal.

For the last five years i have been very unhappy with my weight. I m only 28 so it is very frustrating for me when my 50 plus mom can out hike me. I swear that lady can run circles around me.  I have never really struggled with my weight as a kid but now with my desk job I just can't seem to lose it.

My husbands work takes us on vacation once a year and i always feel so uncomfortable. Sandy beaches and blue sky it's paradise and all I can think about is finding cloths that will cover me up but not enough for it to draw peoples attention that I am not comfortable in my own body. my husband come home so excited last week his work is takin us on another trip to MExico. A cruise to the Caribbean! So exciting right! Not so much for me 10 days on a cruize ship and beutiful beaches  and I will be clothed like a nun! LOL

All in all I want to be healthy and happy in my own skin. I feel even more pressure to be healthy after my father ( how was healthy as a horse) past away at 49 from colon cancer. 19 days from diagnois to passing. Crazy I know not symptoms or sickness until two weeks before finding the cancer. And to top it off a clean bill of health from a colonoscopy 2 years prior. It just makes me want to live healthy cause live is just to short.
