A little bit about me: I am not an active person, I have 25 pounds to go, but can't seem to stop binge eating lately, I loooove baking in any way, shape, or form. This is my first time ever posting anything on the internet as myself, and I am crap at writing unless it's on paper, so forgive me.
I was just posting as sort of a note to myself, but I have decided to not walk for 30 minutes this morning. ( Just a few days ago, I started walking about 30 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening), So if I want to do at least 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, I now only have one day left off.
P.S If there are word issing/msspelled, it s no because I am illiterate, its bcause for some reason this morning my keyboardis sticking ad efusing to work.
