Today was the fist day of my workout/piano lesson trade. My legs are STILL shaking. i am SO out of shape... except not really... I feel like everything I did today winded me and made me feel like throwing up - but according to the guy (let's call him E), I kicked ass.
I did 30 pushups (15 real and 15 on my knees), which he said already blew all the girls he's training out of the water, they can't even do 5 on their feet - and I did a 2m 5s wall squat (wall sit, according ot fitclick) - which he says, even most men he's training can' thold it more than a minute or so.
I don't feel so bad for these reasons - but i'm not sure if he's BS'ing me or not. :)
I have also been waking up past noon this weekend.... 12:30 yesterday, and almost 2pm today... granted, I was up until about 1am... but still. It feels SO good to sleep in. I feel like my weekend was a bit wasted though. haha
I went out for chinese buffet this weekend... I was pretty good though. I stuck to the healthier choices - and didn't overload my plate... I took a few bite sized items on the first round, and did it again on the second round. Gotta splurge sometimes!
Of course, this means that my weight will not drop for the next few days until my body gets back into ketosis. I expect it will be Tuesday before I see any change.
