Day 11

So - got up REALLY early today and kick started my day with water first instead of coffee before water...because I worked out a little bit... and so I feel like I've been hungry ALL day.
I'm in ketosis (my ketostix are telling me I'm testing on a mid to high range) and so my body is definitely using up its fat stores... and I'm not feeling like I need to eat - I just want food in my mouth.
I've been grazing all day... which means that I've actually already had my dinner and I'm about to have my evening snack, and I feel like I could just keep going.
I'm also way above my water intake for the day, which is great since the last few days haven't been so great... but at the same time, enough is enough!! lol
