Feeling Good

Today I have company coming for dinner. I find for me to fill in my diet tracker before I eat a meal helps me stay on target.I weighed in today and was down 9.8 pounds sure feels good to see it paying off. I also am not embarassed to weigh my food with company here so I will fix my plate at the counter then bring it to the table. When I'm done I will just put my plate in the sink. This works for me maybe not everyone but for me keeping track of what I am going to eat then following it works for me. Hope everyone else is doing good so far.
