There are some advantages:

    Repair of the mining farm the responsibility of the company providing the services;
    You only have to pay for regular maintenance;
    All the risks to the farm's performance have borne by the service provider;
    There's no need to worry about finding space for the farm;
    The organization of cooling, electricity, and a channel for Internet access.
    Such fundamental tasks need a large amount of resources. In this case, these issues have decided by the landlord. There is no noise at home. Beginner miners place the mining farms at home. They have to endure constant noise from the farm and at high capacity and the heat generated by the mining farm;
    There's no need to worry about mining farm security. Farms are not low equipment. And the theft of such tools is becoming more frequent. Landlord provides security equipment, and no surprises in this regard should not arise;
    Support 24/7;
    Cheap electricity.

Cloud mining farms have usually located in areas with low electricity rates. Since paying for power is on the tenant's side, there is a definite advantage.
