About me: Hola fellow FitClickers. I hope everyone is feelin' well and in great sprits. This is my first time here. I've been an athlete since the age of eight, that being baseball, my favorite sport. Within a couple of years, I found myself enjoying running along side one of my sisters. I can honestly say, running has been my one true consistency athletically.
I'm an avid gym rat, having power lifting, general weight training and crossfit, that make up and complete the gym activities. I have over 15 years of boys and girls coaching. I have to admit, coaching girls basketball has to be my favorite.
